Beyond the Book - Book Club (4th Monday of each month)
This book group focuses on light and entertaining books that are fun to read and provide lively discussions. Meets in a different member’s home each month.
Community Arts (date and locations vary)
Tours of local museums and area attractions, as well as, ticket opportunities to plays, musicals, and other fine arts events in our area are offered to members.
Film Club (4th Tuesday of every month)
See a current film together at a local theater, then enjoy discussing it afterwards during Happy Hour at a nearby restaurant. Time and venue may change each month.
Yarn and Chat (1st Monday of every month)
An opportunity for all who love to sew, knit, or crochet to share their interests and get help with their projects. Meets at a member’s home.
Paradise Readers Book Club (2nd Monday of each month)
This book group focuses on more serious and award-winning titles that will provide rich discussion. Background information on the author and the plot of the story are included in the presentation. Meets at Perkins Restaurant on the corner of Ben Hill Griffin and Corkscrew.
Trips & Tours (date and locations vary)
A number of day-trip excursions are offered throughout the year, giving members the opportunity to explore many of the wonderful and unique sites in our lovely part of Southwest Florida. Date, time and meeting place depend on the event.
