We all joined Estero Newcomers Club to meet new people, find the best places to shop, eat, and explore. However, we also try to help those who need it the most. Our charity fundraisers include luncheon raffles, the October Auction, and The Holiday Giving Tree now called Operation Santa.
Our main designated charity for is Interfaith Charities of South Lee, Inc. It is a non-profit agency providing help for the needy in our community and south Lee County. It provides a food pantry/food bank, emergency financial assistance and minor home repair. It also partners with other social service agencies on-site. Over the years we have helped many different charities and will continue to do so. They include Kids Minds MatterCafe of Life, Dress for Success, Laces of Love, Love Inc, Our Mothers Home, New Horizons After School Program...and of course, a giving tree/Operation Santa opportunity at the holidays to buy toys and clothing directly for area families in need. Our members are very, very generous!
